Monday Antique-ing
I decided to go antique-ing today at the DC Spring Antiques Show and met my friend Rowena there. It was held at the Convention Center and I was taken aback by how huge the exhibitor area was. It was filled with paintings, furniture, silver and jewelry. As we were walking through the stalls, it was Weng who pointed out the treasures that I didn't expect to see today. There was a whole wall of Antique and Vintage Vuitton Trunks!!! I thought I died and went to heaven. My silk-screened Graffiti didn't stand a chance against the LVoely handpainted masterpieces. I met the wife of the owner, Adrienne, who so graciously allowed us to take photos. She even grabbed a Steamer for me to hold onto. Sigh...it was amazing. They are based in Philadelphia; the husband Marco, specializing in LV and she specializes in designer bags. Visit their websites, The Vuittonier and Lady Bag International.

A funny thought entered me...it's like your rebellious, teenage Sprouse Neverfull was visiting her grandpops, grandmoms, granduncles and grandaunts! I wonder what her Asian Murakami friends and party-hopping older sister Miroir would say? And how's her metrosexual Damier Graphite cousin is doing? Probably her best friend Vernis should've went there too :)
