  11. OH... So I had got the Sprouse Graffiti speedy and I was a lil rough with it. and at the corner where the leather part is... i noticed there is a little chip.. Is this normal? this has happened to my Multicolor speedy but I figured it's because it's so old. But I didn't know the graffiti would chip also!!! What advice would you give to keep it stay in perfect condition??

  12. Hi again Ms.Manette,

Unfortunately, you can't really do anything with "chipped" vache leather. It's like a wound that you inflicted upon it. Louis Vuitton leather is untreated and unfinished that is why utmost care is the rule especially in the first few months of use. Eventually, environmental factors and usage will make it acquire a patina that will offer some sort of protection. It seems that as the leather ages, the pores are sealed and thus become more resilient. My advice to you is to handle your bags at the onset with care and once patina has set in, then maybe you can handle them a little rougher but not totally. Try visiting your boutique as well. They might have suggestions for you or even replace your Speedy with a new unit. Thanks for visiting!

  13. Oh not the leather part... the monogram canvas... where the green graffiti was silkscreened onto the canvas... It happened to my multicolor speedy and the SA said it happens. But I was hoping that it wouldn't happen to the graffiti

  14. Oh...sadly, that too happens with silk-screened items. I have to be extra careful with my Groom Wallet because I know that eventually it will peel off. It's really part of wear and tear so just enjoy the bag and don't worry about it. Thanks again!
