ReplyDeleteI'm probably going to take a lot of heat for this...but I dislike the direction that Kim Jones is taking the menswear brand to. I will say this season is an improvement from the last. Re: bags/accessories – I feel like he either uses really cheap material like nylon and marks it up because it's not part of the permanent collection, or material that is too expensive – namely the all-to-delicate nomade leather. And what's with the use of astrakahn fur...you should wiki how it's harvested if you're unfamiliar. At least his designs aren't reliant on the monogram.
