LVook See: Scott Campbell for Louis Vuitton

Oooohhh...I thought I would never see these aside from the press photos. They are printed stoles on 100% cotton designed by Scott Campbell for Louis Vuitton. Based on Chinese astrological symbols, the celebrity ink artist has reinterpreted the iconic Monogram logos to create fanciful images for the Men's Spring Summer 2011 collection. Minh, a LVoe Reader sent them over when he visited the boutique today. I believe they are only available where Men's Ready-to-Wear are but maybe an excellent SA can pull strings to have one sent over to your local boutique. Currently priced at $540, they will come in Etoupe and Bleu as shown. Thanks, M for sending in your LVook-See photos. LVoe, LVoe, LVoe it!!!

  13. Lovely, many thanks for the prod. code, guys ! I am just about to call every LV store near by and find out the European situation :) thanks
PS: is it 100% silk or cotton? what is the size?

  14. It is 100% cotton, very lightweight, which is perfect for summer. The print is also very intricate and complex which makes it exciting to look at. It's really big. They are very LIMITED runway stoles, so call all the big city LV stores before they're sold out! And with a $540 price tag, it's cheaper than most scarves at LV.

  15. Thanks for all the info. So yesterday I called the German customer service - they told me there was no chance to get it :(
But today I popped up to LV in Vienna and THEY HAD IT !!!!!!!!!!!! just 1 piece in bleu. So I finally got my darling - how lovely. The only think that bothers me a bit - I havent found the care tag on the scarf. Does it have any or not?

  16. Well, this is my first LV scarf from ready-to-wear collection so I am confused about the tag {a little brown one}. I have got about 20 other LV styles - all with a tag attached. I have checked all the edges and it is definitely not there.. anyone else with the same problem? Now I dont even have any idea how to clean it..

  17. No, the tag is there, maybe it fell off. You should ask them to re-sew it on, it's only attached by two thin threads. The tag says:

    "100% cotton
Wash up to 30 degrees C"

  18. I have checked the edges and it seems like it had not ever been there. {maybe there would be some snags, little holes, something that reminds about the tag.} nothing's on :((( well, shame. 3 months ago I bought Damier Azur wallet without a datecode {but they changed it w/o any problems}... What is going on with Louis Vuitton?
