Neverfulls and the Windy City

Whoa!!! The window display at Nordies (Chicago) for the newly opened Vuitton boutique literally blew me away. Several Neverfulls are attached to industrial fans that blow on them constantly producing quite a whimsical spectacle. Photo: vtachgyrl on holiday

A Big Shout Out to the Filipinas of FemaleNetwork.com

I know I was just a blurb in their entries, but a blurb all the same. Click here to see what Filipinas are saying about my blog! Maraming salamat po!!!

Hydrangeas

I finally convinced Jerome to get himself a pair of lunettes from the House of LV. He used to snub it claiming that Vuitton has yet to come up with a design that grabs him. But just last week, he tried on a pair of Conspirations in Damier Azur and instantly fell in LVoe. It took a week of sleepless nights for him to decide. Not even the arrival of his latest acquisitions could abate the burning desire to have them. Pretty soon he will be writing this blog instead of me!

I think I'm going to dream about white handles tonite...

The Duchess is Coming

I adore Keira Knightley immensely and am looking forward to her upcoming movie, The Duchess, the story of Georgiana Cavendish. I couldn't figure out how to tie in the movie with my blog and was just about to have given up when, wonderfully, the internet provided me with this bit of information about her. Apparently, back in 2007, March 15th, to be exact, Keira, ebay auctioned her limited edition Cabas Rayé to benefit Comic Relief, a charity devoted to those in need in the UK and Africa. The bag was signed by Miss Knightley herself on the vache leather!!! Unfortunately, the auction ran more than a year ago and I could not find how much it went for. Here's a trailer of the upcoming movie:
