Louis Vuitton Naxos: Aris & Stelios
Ever since I acquired my Huron satchel, I have been obsessed with the leather that LV uses for the men's collection. So when I opened the website this morning, I found these two Naxos shoulder bags that go beyond the ho-hum messengers. The Aris (top) is one of those bags that is quite functional without sacrificing the style factor. Boasting a cavernous interior, the shape is not your usual man-bag. The Stelios on the other hand, is the more traditional of the two. But the belts and buckles compensate for an otherwise plain messenger. So very Saumur. LVoe it!!!

I LVoe Washington D.C.!
The East Coast is gearing up for a major storm tomorrow but you can't tell from the beautiful Fall weather that we experienced today. My brother's family is here for their annual visit, so we enjoyed some touristy things by visiting the usual sights of the nation's capital. With two kids in tow, my Moynat was perfect for running around with them.

From Brazil with LVoe
Hi dear, I'm writing to share with you all the LVoe blog readers about the brand new LV Global Store in Brazil, attached you'll find many photos of the store and must have products with special thanks to Vogue Brazil, Ucha Meirelles, Giovanni Frasson and Cidade Jardim Mall.
Louis Vuitton presented this wednesday (24/10) its brand new Global Store at Cidade Jardim Shopping Mall in São Paulo, Brazil, the first of its kind in Latin America. Inspired by the archtecture concept of the LV New Bond Street Maison of London, the space is a true invitation to discover "The Art of Travel" of Louis Vuitton, with specialized rooms for essentials accessories for globetrotters.
To celebrate the store opening, Louis Vuitton invited Fernando e Humberto Campana to create a cabinet de voyage, inspired in brazilian cultural expression named Maracatu, which consists of an object with foldable shelves, zipper and a hanger made with colorful leather pieces. It belongs to the Objets Nomades collection, which features collaborations with contemporary artists and designers related to the travel theme.
The store features the full range of men's and women's ready-to-wear and accessories. Also, a travel room dedicated to LV luggage and travel requisites plus a Haute Maroquinerie room where the client can choose up to 80,000 combinations to design a very exclusive and unique handbag.
Hope you enjoy!
Best regards,
Julia

Retna & Louis Vuitton
Retna (aka Marquis Lew) is a Los Angeles graffiti artist that Louis Vuitton commissioned to design the mural of its new temporary storefront in Miami’s Design District. So when he posted a photo with a scarf that seemingly fits with LV's aesthetic, the fashion world was abuzz. If indeed he becomes the latest collaborator, he will be among the long line of creative geniuses of our century that has enabled Marc Jacobs to translate their work through the eyes of Louis Vuitton. LVoe, LVoe, LVoe it!!! Special thanks to lvj12 for the heads up!
