Wake up to Louis Vuitton: Travel Alarm Clock
Waking up in a strange hotel without your creature comforts is hard. I experienced that last week when I was away on business. So when Geo sent in this photo of Louis Vuitton's answer to the travelling clock, I was thrilled. Designed akin to their Tambour Collection, this mundane piece of machinery is 1500 euros (roughly $2200)! Wow, that's pretty pricey for an alarm clock. LVoe it though!

iLike! i guess the price is due to it displaying 2 time zones. i wonder how the alarm sounds like. oh and is it quartz or mechanical?
ReplyDeleteWow, how cool! Well, it's cheaper than a regular watch, and those are smaller. Any idea when it's going into retail, and if all boutiques with watches will sell this?
ReplyDelete@ Gio: I saw the clock IN the LV Boutique, that also sells watches;
ReplyDeleteso it is available now.
@ deluxeduck: Its a quartz movement unfortunalety.

Unfortunately the movement is quartz, like most alarm clocks.
