Word to the Wise

The Monogram Embossed Suede , LVoely in every way. LVxurious to the touch and a must have for any LVoer this Fall season. Unfortunately, reports have it that trouble lies in the wake of this latest Vuitton. Suede is a delicate material using the under side of the skin of lamb as well as deer, goat or even pig. Due to its textured nature and open pores, the embossing of the monogram and flowers may have a tendency to fade. Actually, it has already been observed on units that have just left the store!!! Yikes!!! So, if this is a must have for you, you have to be prepared in such an eventuality and just charge it as part of wear and tear. I still LVoe it though!

Sean Connery as the New Face of Vuitton

The new recruit for the Core Values ads shot by Annie Liebovitz is none other than Sir Thomas Sean Connery. Known for his rugged good looks and suave Scottish brogue, the first 007 fits perfectly with the ad's persona. Slated to be released sometime in October, this will surely be a welcome addition to the line of celebrities that have graced Vuitton pages in the past.
