Dear Francis
This week I drove 10 hours south to admire the wonderful windows at Galeries Lafayette Paris (and get a nice Christmas pressie for myself!!).
So glad you mentioned the window display in your blog because the trip was worth it. The staff at LV in Paris are so wonderful too!!
Picked up the monogram voile stole and the matching inclusion ring. Do any of your readers have the Magnetic Sautour?? Lvoe it so much but at over 1000€ couldn't do it.

I wanted to thank you not only for your wonderful website, but also for the inspiration to wear what I really want to. I live in the Deep South and have always been afraid to carry the bags I love so much in fear of others people opinions. I'm overcoming that fear now with your help. Thank you.

Your blog helped me a lot on deciding which one to get. I chose the Beaubourg Cabas in Monogram same as yours. I truly am happy with it! I find it very functional yet full of style! Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2013 Ad Campaign
Ahhhh...the ad campaigns are rolling in. In collaboration with the French artist Daniel Buren, this interpretation of the Damier pattern in bright, bold yellow heralds the coming of spring when these ads will appear in the dead of winter. Shot by the great Steven Meisel, Marc comments: "“I have always loved Daniel Buren’s work, and Les Deux Plateaux in the Palais Royal in Paris – a series of striped columns of three different heights – was the inspiration for the proportions of the clothes. I felt that the idea of pairing the girls as ‘twins’ heightened the message of repetition, and the repetition of pattern, which is key this season. Sometimes, they are perfectly matched twins, and other times they are mismatched, wearing different lengths – mini or midi, or midi and maxi – reflecting the different column heights.”
I can't wait for the windows that Buren will design this coming March which will grace boutiques everywhere. LVoe it!!!!

It was the first time in the five years that I have been blogging about Louis Vuitton that Jeff agreed to come with me to one of their events. It was for a good cause and a LVoely evening to spend time with my sales associates as well. I recently posted that I never get invited to these things but I guess the LV angels decided to grant me this wish.

Plenty of lovely, simple & tasteful belts and wallets for men and gorgeous & modern wedge heel shoe boots for ladies (see attached photo).
