My Weekend in New York City ~ Monday
As I pushed the heavy brass doors of the historic department store, I LVooked up to find these beauties waiting for me.
They seem to come alive as opposed to the ones I saw hanging in racks at the Maison. Each coat, each skirt, each blouse was shown to full advantage by this catwalk of mannequins. THOSE EARS!!! They were calling me!!! Sigh...I excitedly pushed the elevator button at least 10 times commanding it to come sooner. The Louis Vuitton boutique is tucked in the back of the third floor and a maze of major fashion houses surrounds it. It was luxurious with tasteful furnishings in the style of old salons of Paris. A few pieces were of interest to me such as the grey mink hat and stole that was on the window and the embroidered python Minadiere Tresor that was LVoeingly imprisoned in a case.
My visit to the Big Apple was fruitful and memorable. I had a blast even though at times the heat was practically unbearable. Excuse me for LVooking so haggard in this last pic. I just wanted to show all of you the big smile that this day has brought me. LVoe, LVoe, LVoe it!!!
LVooking good F... LVoe NYC !
