The Fetish Cap as designed by Marc Jacobs for this Fall Winter has been making its rounds on magazine covers worldwide. Inspired by the 1974 Italian Film, Il Portiere di notte (The Night Porter) that depicts a sadomasochistic relationship between a former Nazi SS officer and a concentration camp survivor, I think that women are drawn to it because of the not so subtle implication of naughtiness.
