I am glad to see that a new Damier Ebene is slated to join the ranks of the Core Collection. Named the Cabas Rivington, it will come in three sizes and will have long shoulder straps. The estimated release date will be August 1st and will roughly cost around the low $1,000. I think it draws from the old Belem design that was discontinued a few seasons ago; which makes sense, to give the collection a sense of cohesiveness.

Louis Vuitton First LVook: Damier Cabas Rivington
I am glad to see that a new Damier Ebene is slated to join the ranks of the Core Collection. Named the Cabas Rivington, it will come in three sizes and will have long shoulder straps. The estimated release date will be August 1st and will roughly cost around the low $1,000. I think it draws from the old Belem design that was discontinued a few seasons ago; which makes sense, to give the collection a sense of cohesiveness.

Hi Alessandra. The Speedy is one of the iconic bags of the House of Vuitton. You will never go wrong with it and it's the perfect first LV. The size really depends on you. I personally prefer the 30. Lastly, I read somewhere that the Speedy was designed for Audrey Hepburn. Whether that's true or not, I dunno. I assume you are a fan judging from your avatar. Thanks for stopping by. LVoe it!!!

Now i'm sure that my first Vuitton will be a Speedy 30 :-P
The Speedy 25 was created for Audrey Hepburn because the 30 and 35 was too big for her. And totally agree with you...it depends about the person for the choice of a Speedy.
