From New Jersey with LVoe
Oooooohhhh...this is LVoely! I received this e-mail from Joseph of West Milford, NJ and he writes: I am a sculptor who sometimes play’s with my engraving/casting abilities to create stuff.
Impressed with antique labels I like to recreate them as a dimensional surface, apply an aged patina
and apply the casting to antiques I collect.
Attached is an old wood tray with a label and repeating logo from an old LV trunk.
Usually I create ancient artifacts but sometimes create one of a kind 20th Century things.
When I get around to it I’ll photograph and send you a pic of a small LV suitcase I created that when traveling to appointments in NYC people stop me in the street to look at it. I’ll attach a pic of the side of the suitcase without the LV engraving.
Warm Regards
Joseph Kildune .Check out his blog: http://embossingtexture.blogspot.com/ Thanks, J.K for sending this in. LVoe it!!!
