Vuitton Discontinuing Colors for 2009

My LVoely Store Manager just informed me that the following colors: Epi Grenade, Denim Blue, Vernis Violette and Suhali Gold and Silver are officially discontinued for 2009 and have been "pulled back" to the warehouse. I noticed that the denim blue, suhali gold and silver are the only ones available in either vuitton.com or eLUXURY.com . YIKES!!! Epi Grenade Denim Blue Vernis Violette Suhali Gold & Silver

    Oh boy, why the silver one?! :(

    But what does 'discontinued' mean - that it's no longer sold and no longer produced or just no longer produced?

    Hi everyone,

    LV sometimes discontinues an item but leaves them in the store until supply lasts. In this case though, at least in the USA, the items were "pulled back" meaning taken off the shelves and sent to the warehouse usually to send to other international stores where the particular color or style is more popular. As of now, the amarante is here to stay. Thanks for visiting and see y'all again soon!
