Louis Vuitton Deauville Neverfull

Ooooohhh...another Neverfull gets special treatment, this time from the store in Deauville, France. Re-opened in the early part of Summer 2009, this small but quaint boutique boasts fabulous architectural elements that Normandy is famous for. Christened Villa Vuitton, it's definitely high on my agenda list for stores to visit. LVoe it!!!

From Vancouver with LVoe: A Big Thank You

Well Mr, Thanks to you, I can't stop myself from reading your blog almost daily. And thanks to you I just went and bought the damier Etole in the middle of summer. Now all I can do is wish for a cool summer night so I can start using it. I would have love to get my hands on the Bordeaux but I was told it's not being release in North American. BOOO!! Now if I only know how to tie a scraf. Never worked with anything as big as a etole before. Any suggestions would be greatly apperiated. Apprently this is what everyone is doing, so here's a picture of some of my LV goods. Keep up the good work. Awww...thanks for sharing, Erik!!! It's people like you who makes blogging about Louis Vuitton all worthwhile. LVoe it!!!

Speaking of Pochettes: Mink Accesoires?

Hmmm...I do LVoe fur but the colour seems a tad bit too vermin for my taste. I received this pic from Bagaholicboy.com ages ago and it seemed to have been buried in my inbox. Well, today is the resurrection and feature of this Fall Winter bag. Made out of mink fur, this Pochette Accesoires will surely turn heads and PETA for sure!

Sproused up Jennifer Aniston

My SA showed me the new colours for the Sprouse Leopard Stole when I was last in the boutique and I must say that I am not so wild about them. I guess I am biased because I LVoe, LVoe, LVoe the colourway on mine. Photo from justjared

Madonna with her Paillettes Pochette

I am really liking the Pailletes Collection for Fall Winter 2009 2010. I am just so undecided if I should get one. Any thoughts?

Weekend with Apol

It has been TWO and a HALF years since my dear friend, Apol, has visited us in the Nation's Capital so forgive me if I have not been updating my blog. Aside from the weekend of "sin and debauchery" for his fabulous fortieth birthday celebration, we had moments of just hanging out with each other's company and of course, a little bit of shopping. I hope you guys enjoy the pics. LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton Orchard Road Singapore Collection

Verbatim from the Bagaholicboy that hails from Singapore. It's time to unveil the 'limited editions' that were released specially to mark the opening of Louis Vuitton at ION Orchard. Called the Louis Vuitton Orchard Road Singapore collection, it's not 100% true that these pieces were just made specifically for us. Many of them are new season items like the Irene or just have the words 'Louis Vuitton Orchard Road Singapore' slapped across the box or tag. The most prized of them all (in my opinion anyway) would be the Louis Vuitton Monogram Miroir Bel-Air in Gold. Only 100 available, the clutch comes with its own removable chain strap. I'm actually liking this, the Louis Vuitton Apparence Transparent Sunglasses, which is actually from the next season. Made specifically for the boys, I love how the transparent acetate frame looks. There is also another pair for the ladies, the Louis Vuitton Soupcon Sunglasses which feature 'inclusion' details (inspired by the fancy jewellery). Then there is this pair of ballerinas in Bronze, which feature the tinsels, stones and ribbons left over from the current season. There are also 6 silk trench coats for the ladies, 12 lambskin miniskirts (think perforated like the Mahina) and 80 cotton tees which has a removable patch on the shoulder that matches the ballerinas above. Taken as a whole the collection is really ho-hum, though there are a couple of star pieces (like the sunglasses). Still I am thankful that they did not do a Merlion charm.

Louis Vuitton Maille Flocon Cap

I know it's still the middle of Summer, but I can't help but browse LV's Seasonal Accesories. Featured here is their Maille Flocon Cap. Inspired by patterns from Scandinavia, the winter hat is peppered with icon motifs, stars and snowflakes. But what makes this truly special are the tiny Eiffel Towers interspersed within the design but for the life of me, I can't really see them. Maybe in real life so I better keep an eye out on this one.

Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2009 2010 CLUTCHES

I LVoe, LVoe, LVoe these Crocodile Minaudiere Tresor! Pochette SoBe $895 I remember seeing this in the LVookbook and I believe it is a by deposit only. I'm not absolutely sure about this. Minaudiere Jersey $1790

From Brunei with LVoe

Pablo from Brunei wishes to share with us his latest manbag acquisition, the Sac Bosphore in Monogram canvas. When I first started getting into Louis Vuitton, this practical and functional city bag was at the top of my list. Made to be paired up with the 50 Boshpore, the luggage piece doubles as an ideal workhorse bag. Thanks for sharing, P. LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton in Chéri?!

I am a sucker for period movies so when I saw this in our local theatre listings, I knew that I had to go see it. Set in Paris at the turn of the century, it didn't surprise me that when Léa de Lonval (Michelle Pfiffer) sped off to beautiful Biarritz, her automobile had trunks piled one on top of the other. I don't think they used Louis Vuitton trunks but there were scenes showing the lining and an actual label of the interior which unfortunately I couldn't read. With that said, I really enjoyed myself and highly recommend this film. Check it out here. LVoe it!!!

Space Invaders of the Louis Vuitton Kind: Malle Mars Trunk

"One small step for man, one giant leap for leather goods", says the press kit. July 20 marks the 40th anniversary of Apollo 11’s first lunar landing, and to commemorate, Louis Vuitton has created an out of this world “Malle Mars” Trunk designed for a trip to guess where?...Mars! The aerodynamic trunk, which LVooks like a large egg worthy of Spock, opens up to unveil compartments for our necessities in outer space...drawers galore and shelves for our dishes plus a fold-out chair so we could sit back and relax as we take in the views of Mother Earth from the stars. The trunk, as well as other NASA photographs, space toys, sculptures and astronomy photos, will be on view this Monday, when Louis Vuitton is celebrating the lunar landing’s anniversary with a party at the Rose Center for Earth and Space at the American Museum of Natural History. Vuitton North America president and chief executive officer Daniel Lalonde is playing host with Buzz Aldrin, Jim Lovell and Sally Ride — the history-making astronauts who star in the company’s new core values campaign. For the occasion, Vuitton is donating an undisclosed sum to Al Gore’s Climate Project, and sales of the travel collection at the Fifth Avenue flagship from July 13 to 20 will benefit the organization. I think this is when they would be releasing the Speedy Miroir 35 that I was talking about several days ago. Hmmm...I wonder if Marc could design a spacesuit just pour moi. Special thanks to my Source! LVoe it!!!

From Paris with LVoe

Straight from the streets of Paris is Arne's pic of his fabulous Damier Graphite Jorn. He wanted to share with us his LVoe for Louis and a pic of him and his wife, Sophie at "104" Art Gallery where the Louis Vuitton Men's Fashion Show for Spring Summer 2010 was held. (Unfortunately, S, did not like her shot there so Arne requested that it be taken down) But in any case, merci beaucoup pour envoyer les photos, A. LVoe it!!!
